Appointment Calendar and Booking Request Form
This is the page to make an appointment with Golden Claw Amusements. We only do business by appointment. Please look for a date and time where there is no appointment scheduled and then proceed to the booking request form.
In order to schedule an appointment, you must submit the form below. This form is part of our customer relationship management (CRM) system and it cannot be bypassed. We do not accept appointment booking requests by any other means (phone call, text, chat or email). Allowing to do so could result in a scheduling conflict which we try very hard to avoid. Be advised that you will also receive notifications by email and text of your appointment.
No, we will not share your information and yes, you will be added to our mailing list.
We will review your appointment request and send you a confirmation email or text. At that time, your appointment slot will appear on the calendar.
Booking request form
Your personal information will not be shared with any other party or organization. However, by submitting this form, you are agreeing for us to contact you to keep you informed of upcoming events and news. Furthermore, you are also agreeing to your personal information being added to our newsletter mailing list which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Once you submit your appointment request, you will receive an email and text confirmations on the day before and one hour before your appointment. We will also review your appointment request and send you a confirmation email or text. At that time your appointment slot will be visible on the calendar.
